As Pharmacy Voice expands its reach, visibility and impact, we are looking for dynamic, professional support staff to join the growing team. We have exciting new opportunities for a business operations manager and a team administrator, who will help ensure effective delivery of our day-to-day activities and support the ongoing development and future success of Pharmacy Voice.
As our business operations manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining systems and processes that enable efficient working across the Pharmacy Voice team and its member associations. You will ensure the Board and associated committees are supported and serviced efficiently and to high standards, and that we comply with governance requirements and good practice. You will be responsible for business and financial planning and for our performance management systems, and will manage our relationships with contractors, suppliers and professional service providers. You will also act as line manager to the team administrator.
As our team administrator you will be the “go to” person for the Pharmacy Voice office, responsible for the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. You will help to ensure that Pharmacy Voice presents a professional face to the outside world by effectively managing the complex diaries, correspondence and itineraries of senior colleagues and supporting our meetings and events programme.
For both roles you will need to be confident, assertive, well organised and professional, with the ability to juggle competing demands while keeping calm under pressure. Just as important you will have a collaborative approach to team-work, and a commitment to meeting high standards in everything we do.
